- lumber came precut – shipped up the Assiniboine on the S.S. Alpha and by ox-cart to the building site in Naughton (Rounthwaite)
- square tiered bellcote
- y-tracery on windows – nice bracckets

- exterior elements – cross on brick chimney - finials
