The Vantage Points Flashbacks Series

Narrated by David Neufeld.
Vantage Points Flashbacks is an ongoing series of short radio broadcasts.
These entertaining stories were often inspired by stories in the Vantage Points Books, but look at the stories from a different
perspective and offer new insights into the events and people portrayed.
The episodes appear regularly on CJRB Radio 1220.
They are also available on the Discover Westman Website.
We have archived the collection here along with dowloadable ilustrated Texts of the broadcasts and online resources to accompany the stories.

The story of Phillip Racine, a fourth generation trapper. who is the great grandson of one of the first Metis settlers in the Lake Metigoshe region of southwestern Manitoba. This documentary celebrated his unique lifestyle and tells the unexpected tale of the most precious load he ever took out of Turtle Mountain bush.
